How to meditate…???

How to mediate…???
MAKE YOUR SOUL HAPPY!!!

Meditating has nothing do with sitting in silence, devoted and singing mantra’s. To my opinion meditating is nothing more than to sit in silence and to focus on your inner being.
You can meditate wherever you want. You can even meditate in a crowd. It is just what you prefer and what you are capable of. If you have ‘problems’ with surrounding sounds and crowds I recommend to sit alone. When I meditate I try to find a place for myself where I feel myself comfortable and good. In my house I have created a place for meditation. But you can meditate anywhere you like to. Even on your sofa! It is just what you like and where you feel okay. Because that is essential. I often also mediate in my garden. As my garden is surrounded by green and the sound of the whistling birds make me feel at ease and full of surrender to the moment. It also increases my frequency. That makes me feel more aligned with the universe…

So it is very important that you take a spot, a place were you feel yourself okay. Never forget that! When I start meditating I focus on myself. I am a really a person with many, many thoughts. To find the silence in my mind is really a challenge, every time again. Don’t let yourself discourage by your thoughts! By your mind. I won’t! The mind… The ego…Who wants to interfere and overrule your inner silence… Be aware of that! Don’t let your mind control your meditation!

If you picked a really nice spot, a place you feel at ease, comfortable you are able to relax. That is important! Take the pose you like. Don’t think you have to sit in a particular way. That is not necessary! Forget that please. Meditation is all about alignment from your mind with your inner. Surrender your mind to your soul, your inner being.
I never mind that you have thoughts during your meditation. There is no good or bad way to meditate. Because everybody does it on its own way! It is your meditation! It is always okay!

Just relax… Make you being at ease. Think of nice things to relax. Meanwhile focus on your inner. Your inner being. Your precious soul! I personally focus on my belly. Exactly one centimeter above the belly button. I place there an invisible light as my reference. That is the spot where I always can rely on. Go back to. When my mind is overproducing thoughts I go there. That’s my meditation place to be… When I lose my focus to go back to. This spot. I place there an invisible LIGHT. But you can visualize just what you want. It is your moment! It is your journey. It is your meditation. Whatever you chose is okay. Never forget that! It is your time to be. To reflect on your inner being. So chose your own symbol or visualization.

Be aware of your breath. The frequency of your inhalation and your exhalation…
Start to breath in, very slowly. Breath out. Also very slowly. Be continually aware of your breath. That is essential.
Breath… Inhale four or five seconds in, take one second pause and exhale for four or five seconds…
Meanwhile just focus on your inner Light. The sparkle of your being! Remember it is situated one centimeter above your belly button. Just to remember. In case of… Also called the “the navel chakra’: the Manipura chakra. The third chakra. The lustrum gem of the city chakra. It is directly sensed to yourself. If you connect with that chakra you are able to ALIGN WITH YOURSELF! That is a great effort. This is great! Everybody should do that! Because it brings you (back) to your true self. The essence of your being.
When your thoughts take you away jus focus on your inner Light………
Keep on doing that…
Everything is okay. NEVER forget that….
Just bring yourself back to your focus… That’s all…
Trust your process. Just take it oAne step at the time…
Never ever judge yourself… Every step you make, every step you take is a step forward!
